About the Speaker
Peter is an ex-Booz Allen Hamilton management consultant, former C-level executive and two-time entrepreneur with a passion for chocolate and for creating unique, unforgettable and delightful customer experiences. He co-founded Cowboy Candy Company, a confectionery business for Chinese consumers. In 2012, he launched Voilà Chocolat in New York City – a unique retail consumer experience concept where people create and personalize fine chocolate confections. Peter holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. Originally from Bulgaria, Peter lives in New York City with his wife and two teenage children.
