About the Speaker

Gae Polisner is the award-winning author of several books including The Memory of Things. A family law attorney/mediator by trade, but a writer by calling, she lives on Long Island with her husband, two sons, and a suspiciously-fictional-looking small dog she swore she’d never own.

Tom Rogers is a novelist, Emmy Award-winning screenwriter, and executive producer of Disney’s The Chicken Squad. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and tango partner, Jennifer, and grew up in Texas with a basset hound named Pokey, who loved to run away but always came back.

Nora Raleigh Baskin is the author of fifteen novels for young adults. Her books have won several awards, including the 2010 American Library Association Schneider Family Book Award for Anything But Typical, and in 2016, an International Literacy Association Notable Books for a Global Society for Ruby on the Outside.
