About the Speaker
Gustavo Alba is a Partner with Heidrick & Struggles, based in Miami and New York. He is the Global Leader of the Services practice which includes Consulting, Business/Information Services, IT Services & Outsourcing. Gustavo has extensive experience with placing executives, including managing partners, COOs and CEOs. He was previously the Managing Partner of Beecher Reagan’s New York office. Prior to that, Gustavo was the Global Head of Recruiting at Booz & Company. He completed the High Impact Leadership Program at Columbia Business School and holds a B.A. in Marketing from Florida International University, where he captained the men’s tennis team.
